Sleigh Ride with Bonfire
On Saturday, 17 January 2026 at 11:00, join us for a traditional sleigh ride through the Pisz Forest and along the Krutynia River, finishing with a bonfire. A winter route through forests and Masurian nature—and at the end, a warming fire and time together.
💰 Price: PLN 100 per person: sleigh ride, bonfire, sausages, bread and drinks

What you can do on-site (at the property)
- ✓Sauna – warm up after a winter walk in the Pisz Forest.
- ✓Atmospheric bonfire – you can add firewood at checkout or buy it on-site (PLN 50); bring your own sausages.
- ✓Grill shelter + grill with smoker – smoke a fresh fish under the shelter. Equipped with a grate, trays and gloves.
- ✓Chill zone – rattan armchairs, blankets and footstools: coffee with a view of the snowy forest.
- ✓Playground – fresh air and activity when the kids have energy to burn.

- ✓Walks, trekking, Nordic walking – the buffer zone of the Pisz Forest right at your doorstep.
- ✓Snow fun – sledding, snowmen and tracking animal footprints.
- ✓Lake Nidzkie in winter – a quiet zone: calm, birds, no exhaust fumes, a true “digital detox”.
- ✓Cold-water dipping – possible on your own (without an instructor) for fans of icy challenges.
- ✓Fishing (including ice fishing, weather permitting) – Lake Nidzkie is home to pike, perch, roach and bream (and sometimes tench, eel, zander).

- ✓Wild forest tracks – cross-country skiing among the trees of the Pisz Forest, without the crowds.

- ✓Oberża Pod Psem Inn + Cultural Settlement (Kadzidłowo) – regional cuisine, slow food and educational activities for kids (worth booking ahead).

- ✓Shop in Karwica (MARS) – essentials (off-season stock is more limited; meat deliveries on Fridays).
- ✓Bigger shopping – Biedronka (Ruciane-Nida), Lidl and Biedronka (Pisz).
- ✓For a sit-down lunch – Słowiczówka (Ukta), Oberża Pod Psem (Kadzidłowo).
- ✓Fish for smoking – a recommended fish shop/fry bar/smokehouse in Szczytno (worth calling and ordering in advance).
