We are pleased to offer a property located in the western part of Świnoujście, near the forest and away from the city's hustle and bustle. It is situated right on the border, close to the beach. The location is perfect for those seeking rest and relaxation. The area around the building is picturesque and completely safe. A pedestrian and bike path runs nearby. This place provides excellent conditions for active recreation. Some apartments come with an outdoor or garage parking space, available for an additional fee. Bicycle racks are available outdoors for guests. The Gelati La Stella café offers a 10% discount on the breakfast menu. Breakfast is served from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Discount vouchers for Gelati La Stella are issued at the local office.

Zgłaszam już podczas pobytu sierpniowego, że rolety drzwiowe po prawej stronie nie działają. Podczas pobytu we wrześniu nie zostało to naprawione. Byłoby wygodniej, gdybym podczas kolejnego pobytu nie musiała ponownie wpisywać swojego numeru dowodu osobistego, gdyż w Państwa bazie jest on już widoczny. Taka funkcja działa w innych ośrodkach na terenie Polski.

Ciche i bardzo "zielone" miejsce. Dookoła lasy. Blisko plaży, i na uboczu miasta. Dobre miejsce dla chcących odpocząć od zgiełku.
