Minusem jest brak odpowiedniej liczby miejsc parkingowych. Na 9 apartamentów jest tylko 7 . Jeżeli chodzi o lokalizację to wielki plus za ciszę i widoki z okien na ścinę lasu. Wyposażenie jest ok.
