Ogólnie wszystko ok, ale smród z rur okropny, jakby apartament długo nie był używany. Przywitał nas ogromny, włochaty pająk. Okolica przepiękna, sam apartament też, poza czystością. Dziękujemy za opinię i zgłoszone uwagi. Przykro nam z powodu nieprzyjemnego zapachu i niedociągnięć w czystości – to zdecydowanie nie powinno mieć miejsca. Zgłoszenie zostało przekazane do zespołu technicznego i sprzątającego. Kwestia dodatkowych kosztów po wyjeździe również zostanie wyjaśniona wewnętrznie – zgadzamy się, że takie sprawy powinny być ustalane z wyprzedzeniem. Dziękujemy za docenienie apartamentu i okolicy. Pobyt w apartamencie był bardzo udany. Zarówno proces zameldowania, cały obiekt oraz super lokalizacja zasługują na najwyższą ocenę! Cisza, spokój i piękna roślinność w otoczeniu apartamentu to kolejny ogromny plus. Malutkie niedogodności zostały zgłoszone do biura, jednak nie przeszkadzały w wypoczynku. Spędziliśmy wspaniały czas:)
