Rozczarowanie Problem z ciepłą wodą. Jest on znany administracji bo gdy zadzwoniłam, pani znalazła notatkę w komputerze i dostałam informacje by odkręcić wodę ..... Niefortunnie instrukcje były niewłaściwe, ponowny telefon i kazano mi czekać na "kogoś kto to naprawi". Czekanie zajęło 7 GODZIN, od 9:05 do 14:00. Okazało się że pokrętła na junkerze były źle ustawione, co nie było pierwszym przpadkiem. Można było tego uniknąć. Wystarczyła szczegółowa informacja w komputerze i dodatkowo informacja/ zdjęcie piecyka gazowego w pokoju. Drugi problem to prysznic. Odpływ wody jest źle zaprojektowany, woda cieknie na podłogę. Czym to wycierać? Brak ścierek/ ręczników.

Rozumiemy, jak frustrująca była taka sytuacja, szczególnie że można było jej uniknąć dzięki dokładniejszym informacjom i instrukcjom. Dziękujemy również za zwrócenie uwagi na kwestię odpływu w prysznicu i brak środków do wytarcia podłogi. Wszystkie uwagi zostały przekazane do odpowiednich osób, aby podobne sytuacje nie miały miejsca w przyszłości. Państwa opinia jest dla nas bardzo cenna. Pozdrawiam, Joanna Sun&Snow

Bardzo ładny apartament, wyposażony w wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy. Dodatkowy atut to lokalizacja. W pobliżu sklepy i mnóstwo restauracji. Kontakt telefoniczny z obsługą rezerwacji bardzo dobory.
