    The One development is located in a unique spot—right by exit no. 5 to the beach in Ustronie Morskie, just 50 steps from the sea. There is also an option to rent a storage unit for 50 PLN per day and an additional parking spot: outdoor – 40 PLN per day or in the garage – 60 PLN per day.

    The One is easily accessible by car via national road no. 11 towards Kolobrzeg. Bus stops and Ustronie Morskie train station are close by, providing convenient public transport connections. The property is located at the beginning of Ku Morzu Street, right next to the seaside promenade.
