Spacious and comfortable apartment No. 301 is located in a quiet corner of the attic of the "Ostoja Parku Narodowego" facility. Its total usable area is 45 m².

The apartment consists of an open space comprising a living room with a dining area, a fully equipped kitchenette and a hall, as well as a separate bedroom and bathroom with a large shower cubicle. The living room opens onto a covered balcony with a view of the surrounding buildings and forest. The spacious, sunny bedroom has a comfortable 160 cm wide bed, a spacious wardrobe with a mirror and a bookcase, a desk and a chair. The large bedroom window overlooks the slopes of Szrenica, the lower regles of the Karkonosze National Park and the outskirts of Szklarska Poręba.

The entire apartment is decorated in subdued colours inspired by the surrounding forest. The walls are adorned with reproductions of paintings by old masters associated with the Karkonosze Mountains and Szklarska Poręba.

The apartment has fibre-optic internet and good terrestrial television reception. The sauna and children's playroom available to guests are located on the same floor, in the second wing of the building. There is a lift and a public ski/bike storage room. Parking space no. 84 belongs to the apartment.
