The nearby natural beauty is truly extraordinary, along with the rich ski infrastructure of Ski Arena Szrenica featuring a cable car to Szrenica Mountain, all just around the corner from us. The main building offers an impressive lobby. Beneath the building is an underground garage, storage rooms, a ski storage area, and a bike room which, during summer, can also be used to store baby strollers for families with children. A playroom is available for the youngest guests. The property offers a complimentary spa zone including a jacuzzi, Finnish and infrared saunas, and a mini graduation tower. SPA hours – jacuzzi: 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM; saunas (Finnish, infrared, mini graduation tower): during holidays, winter breaks, and weekends (Friday through Sunday) 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM; at other times, upon prior request to security for activation, 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM. SPA rules are posted at the entrance. There is a playroom for children located on the ground floor to the left of the main entrance. The largest nearby ski lifts include Ski Arena Szrenica in Szklarska Poręba with 12 km of ski trails of varying difficulty and artificial snowmaking, Ski & Sun in Świeradów-Zdrój with an 8-person gondola and 2.5 km of trails, Karpacz Ski Arena – the largest ski resort near Śnieżka with 9 km of ski trails and 5 lifts, and the ski resort in Harrachov (Czech Republic) with 7.9 km of downhill runs. Our guests can rent MTB and electric bikes from a partner rental service, offering free delivery of the equipment to the apartment. The company has a large fleet of bikes, allowing flexible service for larger groups and diverse needs. To ensure availability of a specific bike type for your chosen dates, we recommend booking in advance. If you want to surprise a loved one or friends, we encourage using professional services! For our guests, we offer the option to decorate the apartment for engagements, anniversaries, or other celebrations. We also provide custom flower bouquets, gift baskets, personalized greeting cards, and much more. Please contact us before arrival.

Uważam, że powinny zostać zamontowane automatyczne skrzynki na klucze jak w innych lokalizacjach. Zła jakość gruntowej drogi dojazdowej, duże dziury, po opadach deszczu droga praktycznie cała zalana.
