The Bursztyn apartment residence is located at 31 Żeromski Street in Świnoujście, in a quiet area by the forest edge at the end of the Promenade. The building was completed in 2009. It’s an ideal location for those who value peace and quiet. Opposite the building, you’ll find salt graduation towers, and just 200 meters away is access to the beach. Nearby, there is a café offering discounts for guests.

Als erstes die Lage der Ferienwohnung war top.In wenigen Minuten am Strand,was traumhaft schön war. Die Sauberkeit war ok. Es gab Besen und Wischeimer,so konnten wir selbst reinigen. Ganz katastrophal war die Parkplatzsituation,das geht garnicht. Für ein Haus von 30Partein nur 14Parkplätze irre. Ebenfalls nicht kundenfreundlich ist das Schlüsselthema,da das Büro von der Unterkunft echt weit entfernt ist. Frage dazu,warum kann der Schlüssel nicht am Objekt übergeben werden? Unter dem Strich Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist für mich leider nicht zu 100% erfüllt und einiges sollte dran geändert werden. Denn nur die Lage entschädigt nicht alles.
