Pobyt w apartamencie oceniam bardzo dobrze. Mieszkanie było czyste, zadbane i w pełni wyposażone, co pozwoliło czuć się jak w domu. Lokalizacja świetna – blisko najważniejszych atrakcji i plaży.
Jedynym minusem było, mimo opłaconego miejsca parkingowego przy apartamencie, na miejscu okazało się, że nie możemy z niego skorzystać. Próba wyjaśnienia sytuacji przez kontakt z centralą biura nie przyniosła rezultatu – osoba z obsługi nie udzieliła nam pomocy ani konkretnych informacji jedna wielka porażka musieliśmy szukać sobie sami na własną rękę miejsca.Dopiero następnego dnia Pani która była w biurze na miejscu sympatyczna blondynka to ona nam znalazła miejsce postojowe fakt że kawałek od apartamentu ale przynamniej mieliśmy spokojną głowę że mamy ,,legalne miejsce postojowe z którego nikt nas nie wyrzuci „ Ta niedogodność obniżyła komfort pobytu, jednak całościowe wrażenia pozostają pozytywne.

Przykro nam z powodu trudności związanych z miejscem parkingowym i braku pomocy ze strony biura w momencie zgłoszenia. Zależy nam, aby każdy z naszych gości czuł się zaopiekowany, dlatego przekazaliśmy tę sytuację do odpowiedniego działu, aby podobne sytuacje nie miały miejsca w przyszłości.
Cieszymy się, że ostatecznie udało się znaleźć rozwiązanie dzięki wsparciu na miejscu. Mamy nadzieję, że mimo tej niedogodności będą Państwo miło wspominać pobyt i odwiedzą nas ponownie.
