The apartments are located in a new building; a pleasant estate of four-story houses. The property is situated in the center of Świnoujście, close to the German UBB railway. The location offers proximity to many discount stores and dining spots, including Biedronka and Lidl stores, a pizzeria, cafés, and a McDonald’s restaurant. Nearby you'll find a rope park, amphitheater, and tennis courts. Thai Massage Studio is located on the Platan Tower estate. The beaches are within a short 15-minute walk. The property offers facilities for guests with disabilities, and there is a children's playground and outdoor gym on the estate. All apartments are comfortable and spacious. Each has a fully equipped kitchenette. Parking spaces are not provided. Apartments come with clean bedding and towels. Bicycle racks are available outside for guests. Gelati La Stella café offers a 10% discount on the breakfast menu. Breakfast is served from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Discount vouchers for Gelati La Stella are issued at the local office.

Pobyt w apartamencie oceniam bardzo pozytywnie. Lokalizacja jest świetna w spokojnej okolicy. Mieszkanie było czyste, zadbane i dobrze wyposażone, co pozwoliło nam czuć się jak w domu. Personel był bardzo pomocny i łatwy w kontakcie.
Jedyną drobną niedogodnością był materac na łóżku, który mógłby być trochę wygodniejszy, oraz dość twarde sofy, na których nie komfortowo spać. Mimo tego pobyt oceniam jako bardzo udany i z przyjemnością wróciłabym tu ponownie.
