Rubus is a modern apartment building that forms part of the ApartPark complex, located in the spa district of Świnoujście. The property is set in peaceful green surroundings, only around 150 metres from the wide sandy beach and the seaside promenade. It is a great location both for a family holiday by the Baltic Sea and for a quieter stay outside the peak season.
The complex features Sofa Bistro, which also serves breakfast. Guests can also use the bar and the paid SPA area located in the neighbouring Lividus building. The relaxation area includes an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and saunas. Access is subject to an additional fee and can be purchased at the Baltic Home reception.

Rubus is located on Uzdrowiskowa Street in the seaside part of Świnoujście, next to the Spa Park and close to the promenade. Thanks to its proximity to the beach, the seafront can be reached within a few minutes on foot. Restaurants, cafés and plenty of places ideal for seaside walks can also be found nearby.
One of the most distinctive landmarks in the area is Stawa Młyny – a windmill-shaped navigation beacon that has become a symbol of Świnoujście. It is also worth visiting Fort Zachodni and Fort Anioła. During a longer stay, you can plan a trip to the Świnoujście Lighthouse and Fort Gerharda. In the 2026 season, these two attractions can be reached, among other options, by boat from the western part of the city.
Getting to the property
The Rubus building is located at 48 Uzdrowiskowa Street in Świnoujście, within the ApartPark complex. The ApartPark by Baltic Home reception is located in the neighbouring building at 46 Uzdrowiskowa Street.
The property can be conveniently reached by car or public transport. The nearest stops are Uzdrowiskowa – Interferie and Uzdrowiskowa, located approximately 80–100 metres from the ApartPark buildings. The Parkowa / Uzdrowiskowa stop is located slightly further away.
Świnoujście railway station is located on the other side of the Świna River. The part of the city where Rubus is situated can be reached through the tunnel under the Świna and then by public transport or car. Thanks to the property's location near the promenade, many seaside attractions can be visited on foot during your stay.
