The building is an exclusive, unique Sopot tenement house. Many restaurants and shops are nearby. Parking spaces are available in front of the building (additional fee). The easiest way to reach the property is by public transport – buses and trolleybuses run to the center of Sopot. From main roads, turn onto the city’s main street and then head toward Bohaterów Monte Cassino Street. Parking is available in front of the building (paid).

Apartament czysty, doświetlony, wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne akcesoria.Winda bardzo dobre udogodnienie.Na minus brak klimatyzacji i hałas odbieranych odpadów z pobliskich punktów gastronomicznych(tłuczone szkło).Bardzo dobra lokalizacja ,blisko Monciak,Molo oraz plaża.Polecam .
