Polanica Residence – apartments on Chopin Street in Polanica Zdrój
Polanica Residence is a new, modern building located in a quiet and peaceful area. The facility includes a wellness & spa zone - sauna, jacuzzi, and a relaxation area - guests can use these free of charge after arranging access times in advance with the building security. Nearby you'll find a promenade, the Spa Park, and numerous cycling and hiking trails. The apartments offer forest views, and those on higher floors overlook the mountains. The building is equipped with an elevator, all apartments have Internet access, and some apartments include a parking space outside or in the garage (extra charge during winter and summer seasons). Apartments come with clean bedding and towels.

The easiest way to reach Polanica Residence is by public transport serving Polanica Zdrój. The property is well connected to the region’s main roads. Upon arriving at Chopin Street, head to number 2, where the apartment building is located.

Brak naprawy przez cały pobyt zgłoszonych uszkodzonych usterek: 2 gniazdka elektryczne oraz wypadająca klamka w drzwiach do łazienki. Brudne koce, podkładki na stół. Niewystarczające wyposażenie w garnki do gotowania (1 rondelek + mały garnek).

Przed przyjazdem w panelu klienta pojawił się kod pasujący tylko do drzwi klatki schodowej. Nie było informacji o kodzie do drzwi do apartamentu. Na infolinii pani podała mi kod do drzwi apartamenty, który nie działa po czym próbowała przekonać mnie, że nie potrafię otwierać drzwi. Dopiero po jakimś czasie zadzwonił ktoś z informacją, że klucze są u portiera. Taka informacja powinna zostać podana od początku.

Dziękujemy za podzielenie się swoją opinią i bardzo przepraszamy za zamieszanie związane z odbiorem kluczy oraz niejasną komunikację przed przyjazdem. Rozumiemy, jak frustrująca mogła być ta sytuacja, zwłaszcza po podróży.
