We invite you to a two-room apartment with a garden, located on the ground floor of a new, intimate apartment building in Pobierowo, just 350 metres from the beach and 300 metres from the centre.

The 42 m² space consists of a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room (coffee machine, fridge, microwave, toaster, hob and washing machine) with a dining table.

The living room has a comfortable sofa with a coffee table, a chest of drawers with a TV and access to the terrace and a pleasantly landscaped garden (garden furniture, an "egg" swing and a barbecue).

The bedroom has a double bed (which can be separated), bedside tables with lamps, a spacious wardrobe, a TV and a mattress that can be used as an extra bed. The bathroom with a large shower cabin also has a washbasin with a cabinet, a toilet, a two-speed gas stove, an ironing board and a clothes dryer. The small details in the apartment will ensure you have a comfortable stay, and the fibre optic connection will make remote working easier if necessary. The flat also has a designated parking space.
