    Podczas zakwaterowania okazało się że nasze miejsce parkingowe (dwa miejsca opłacone przypisane do naszego lokalu) były zajęte, serwis nie był w stanie nam pomóc, kazali nam na własną rękę szukać właścicieli tych samochodów lub proponowali zwrot gotówki i znalezienie miejsc na własną rękę

    Dziękujemy Państwu za podzielenie się swoją opinią. Bardzo nam przykro z powodu zaistniałej sytuacji związanej z miejscami parkingowymi. Rozumiemy, jak frustrujące mogło to być, zwłaszcza po przyjeździe i w trakcie zakwaterowania. Zdecydowanie nie jest to standard, do którego dążymy, i przykro nam, że obsługa nie była w stanie skutecznie pomóc w rozwiązaniu problemu na miejscu. Zgłoszenie zostało przez nas odnotowane i podejmiemy odpowiednie kroki, by uniknąć podobnych sytuacji w przyszłości. Jeszcze raz przepraszamy za niedogodności i mamy nadzieję, że mimo tego incydentu reszta pobytu była udana.
