Object located in the spa part of Kołobrzeg, close to the Seaside Park, the beach and the railway station. This green, quiet location offers ideal conditions for recreation in one of the most beautiful resorts of the Polish coast. In the vicinity of the building there is a mini-golf course and a pool lounge. There is an indoor swimming pool approximately 70 meters from the facility (service paid additionally at the Factory Resort reception).

Parking spaces are located in front of the building (extra charge).

We offer the option to rent a travel cot, a high chair, and a baby bathtub for an additional fee of 30 PLN per day.

Apartments are supplied with clean bedsheets and towels.

Apartament był czysty i wygodny oraz w dobrej lokalizacji względem plaży i centrum miasta. Drzwi w brodziku prysznicowym nie były w pełni sprawne. Odmówiono mi wcześniejszego o godzinę wejścia do apartamentu. Z tego powodu nie byłam zadowolona.
