    Z personelem nie mieliśmy styczności. Proces zameldowania i wymeldowania samodzielny. Na maile praktycznie nie odpisują. Bardzo późny dostęp do pokoju - godzina 15:45. To tylko negatywy które nam przeszkadzały. Poza tym apartament super wyposażony. Lokalizacja świetna, zawsze będąc w Kołobrzegu wybieram Apartamenty Kasprowicza. Bardzo czysto. Wszystko co jest potrzebne nawet na dłuższe pobyty znajdziecie w pokoju. Byliśmy mile zaskoczeni zabawkami dla dzieci na plażę oraz plastikową zastawa stołową dla najmłodszych. Polecam gorąco. Jednak właściciele mogliby przemyśleć godziny zameldowania, chociaż godzinka szybciej byłaby w porządku.

Przykro nam z powodu niedogodności związanych z późnym zameldowaniem, ale taka godzina obowiązuje we wszystkich naszych apartamentach. Spowodowane jest to czasem potrzebnym na przygotowanie apartamentu na kolejną wizytę, wymeldowanie jest do godziny 11:00. Pozdrawiam, Joanna Sun&Snow
