Four Seasons – Apartments on Derdowskiego Street in Jastrzębia Góra

The Four Seasons apartment building is located just a few minutes’ walk from the beach, near an ancient beech forest. The green surroundings offer our Guests a peaceful escape from everyday life. Nearby, you can visit the lighthouse and the only Whisky House by the Polish sea. This is one of the most popular locations among our Clients. Jastrzębia Góra sits on a beautiful cliff. To reach the beach, you need to go down some steps (sometimes a concrete slab). Each apartment is thoughtfully furnished, ensuring Guests feel comfortable. All have a functional layout with a kitchen annex. The property offers free access to a covered pool (which can be uncovered and has heated water). It’s open from May to September. Guests can also use the sauna free of charge. A safe playground is available for children. Parking spaces are available (extra charge applies during the season). Apartments come with fresh bedding and towels.

The property is in a quiet, green area close to the beach and the beech forest, perfect for relaxing. Nearby, you’ll find numerous tourist attractions, including a lighthouse and local museums and cultural spots. Jastrzębia Góra is located on a picturesque cliff by the sea, offering beautiful views and opportunities for active recreation. The town features many walking and cycling paths as well as local cafes and restaurants.

Getting to the Property

The easiest way to reach the property is by public transport running to downtown Jastrzębia Góra, then on foot or by taxi. For drivers, there are exits from the main roads leading to the town and parking near the property (partly paid during the season). The location is well connected to nearby seaside towns.

Uwagi krytyczne mam jedynie do stanu lokalu. Byliśmy w nim drugi raz, po 5-ciu latach. Te same, już miejscami przeprute zasłony, pajęczyny, niedziałający pilot do telewizora, patelnia w strasznym stanie. Wydaje mi się że niskim kosztem i niedużym nakładem pracy można by diametralnie zmienić odbiór. Strasznie słabe, w tym miejscu już na pewno nie pojawimy się ponownie.

Standard pokoju jak w hostelu, zniszczona podłoga, obite ściany, zardzewiałe karnisze i wisienka na torcie- ogromna dziura nad kuchenką. A, no i na wejściu brzydki zapach długo niewietrzonego pomieszczenia. Za cenę apartamentu. Po powrocie złożyłem reklamację, żadnej odpowiedzi.

To sytuacja absolutnie niedopuszczalna i rozumiemy, jak duże rozczarowanie musiała ona wywołać. Przekażemy tę sprawę bezpośrednio do zespołu, który odpowiada zarówno za stan techniczny lokali, jak i za obsługę reklamacji — z naciskiem na pilną interwencję i wyjaśnienie braku reakcji na Pana zgłoszenie. Lokalizacja super , obsługa bardzo przyjemna , natomiast apartament trochę mnie zawiódł, wymagane jest lekki odświeżenie, chociażby fugi pod prysznicem , podłoga w salonie, pleśń na ścianie - to odstrasza. Koniecznie należy wymienić słuchawkę prysznicową, bo zostaje w rękach . Za takie pieniądze oczekiwałam, czegoś więcej , przed wszystkim czystości. a tak dla lepszego komfortu to przydały by się rolety w oknach
