Brak kontaktu z biurem po godz 18 , w przypadku awarii( u nas nie działał toster, który spowodował wybicie korków , dobrze że mąż jest elektrykiem ) nie ma jak zgłosić awarii. Bardzo głośno w pobliżu budowa i Żabka , ciągłe interwencje policji . Bardzo niewygodnie łóżko. Wiele drobnych usterek , nie działająca suszarka , połamana pufa wyrwany kontakt . Bliskość rynku jest atutem , ale sama okolica nieciekawa.

Dziękujemy za szczerą opinię. Rozumiemy, że brak kontaktu po godz. 18 utrudnił zgłoszenie awarii - chcemy dodać, że po godzinach pracy biura goście mogą skontaktować się pod numer alarmowy. Przykro nam również z powodu niedogodności związanych z hałasem i usterkami w apartamencie. Cieszymy się, że lokalizacja była dla Państwa atutem. Przekażemy uwagi do działu technicznego i obsługi, by poprawić komfort przyszłych gości.
