Bardzo źle opisane dojście do apartamentu.
Nie spływająca woda pod prysznicem (zdjęcia do wglądu )
Brak możliwości wyłączenia listwy led w kuchni.
Winda, która jeździ tylko w dół
Drogi parking, na zewnątrz brak miejsc parkingowych

Dziękujemy za podzielenie się opinią. Jest nam bardzo przykro, że pobyt nie spełnił Państwa oczekiwań.
Przykładamy dużą wagę do komfortu naszych Gości, dlatego wszystkie wskazane uwagi zostały przekazane do odpowiednich działów.
Opis dojścia do apartamentu zostanie doprecyzowany, aby był bardziej czytelny i szczegółowy.
Problem z odpływem pod prysznicem został już zgłoszony ekipie technicznej.
Listwa LED w kuchni zostanie sprawdzona i poprawiona, aby umożliwić jej wyłączanie.
Winda również została zgłoszona serwisowi.
Jeśli chodzi o parking, niestety ceny są zależne od operatora, ale przeanalizujemy możliwości lepszej informacji o dostępnych alternatywach w okolicy.
Jeszcze raz przepraszamy za niedogodności i mamy nadzieję, że mimo wszystko zdecyduje się Państwo dać nam kolejną szansę, abyśmy mogli poprawić to doświadczenie.
