Sun & Snow Resorts J Bialka Tatrzanska is a new, comfortably equipped property in a picturesque location at the foot of the Tatra Mountains. It offers excellent relaxation for the whole family, both in summer and winter. The property provides peace and quiet near the Bialka River, well-equipped apartments with kitchenettes, very comfortable beds and sofas, as well as bathrooms with showers, towels, and hairdryers. Guests have access to an outdoor pool open in the summer season, outdoor baths and saunas, and a Finnish sauna with a relaxation room. There’s a playroom for children, and lounge rooms with games for teenagers and adults. The premises also feature a grill and a children's playground open from the May weekend.

Getting Here
The property is reachable by public transport serving the Bialka Tatrzanska area. During winter, the Ski Bus stops at the resort and takes guests to nearby ski slopes. Driving is possible via the main roads in the region, and local directions make it easy to find the property on Grapie.

Apartament dobrze wyposażony, fajne zaplecze rozrywkowe, każdy znalazł coś dla siebie, czysto, dobra lokalizacja, minus odpadała klamka w toalecie, ale to do przykręcenia :)

Apartamenty czyste bardzo adne i fnkcjonalne. Bawialnia oraz sala zabaw w obiekcie ktora miala byc plusem przewazyla ze nie wrocimy do obiektu. Zlokalizowane one sa w podziemiu gdzie czuc plesn oraz zatechniete dywany. Gry na wyposazeniu zuzyte brakuje elementow. Personel mimo zapewnienie ze nie trzeba rezerwowac sauny wlaczal ja jedynie po telefonicznym przypomnieniu. Basen na zewnatrz bardzo fajny. Niestety nam nie dopisala pogoda aby z niego korzystac codziennie a inne atrakcje w obiekcie zawiodly.

Cieszymy się, że apartament i basen spełniły oczekiwania, ale jednocześnie bardzo nam przykro, że część atrakcji oraz kontakt z personelem zawiodły. Uwagi dotyczące stanu bawialni, sauny i komunikacji są dla nas bardzo ważne.

Jedyny duży minus który mocno wpłynął na moje wrazenia- śniadania są w formie lunch box (wszystko w pudełkach a kawa i herbata w saszetkach. Uważam że w cenie 40 zł za osobę to bardzo słabe rozwiązanie. Oczekuję wykupując śniadanie że będę miał bufet i ewentualnie swiezą prawdziwa kawę lub herbatę a nie saszetki. Dodatkowo kawa w saszetke 3w1 a pije zwykła czarna. Może głupota jak ktoś pomyśli ale miałbym dużo lepsze wrażenie bez tych śniadań wogole. Zrezygnowałem z nich po jednym dniu. Dodatkowo jak usłyszałem od Pani składając zamowienie- z czterech dostępnych śniadań tj. Standard, dziecięce, vege, górskie cyt. "Jest już koniec sezonu więc jest tylko standard. Więc takie mi dojechalo- dodatkowo obkrojone- bez salatki lub pasty i czegoś słodkiego (wg. Menu powinno być). To że przyjeżdżam 25 sierpnia i jest to końcówka wakacji to jeszcze nie ich koniec. Sądzę że płacąc za takie śniadanie powinienem je dostać kompletne. Dlatego finalnie ocena 4.

Wszystko ok, przydałby się jakiś sklep na miejscu, w pobliżu, może jakaś kawiarnia lub restauracja. Niestety wszystko daleko. Apartamenty ładne, funkcjonalne, obsługa na poziomie. A! Basen wewnętrzny nie istnieje, plan ośrodka wprowadza w błąd. Może jeszcze tu zawitamy! ☺
