    Sun & Snow Resorts G Bialka Tatrzanska is a new, comfortably equipped property in a picturesque location at the foot of the Tatra Mountains. It offers excellent relaxation for the whole family, both in summer and winter. The property provides peace and quiet near the Bialka River, well-equipped apartments with kitchenettes, comfortable beds and sofas, and bathrooms with showers, towels, and hairdryers. Guests can enjoy an outdoor pool open in the summer season, an outdoor barrel sauna, a Finnish sauna with a relaxation room, a children's playroom, and an outdoor playground open from the May weekend. Teenagers have access to a room with Xbox and table football, while adults can relax in a club room with an Xbox and multimedia projector. There is also a barbecue area and a reception open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. During the winter season, a Ski Bus runs to Kotelnica with a stop at the resort. Breakfast and dinner catering services for takeaway can be ordered.

    Świetny apartament, nowoczesny, wygodny, dobrze wyposażony. Personel uśmiechnięty i pomocny. Na miejscu sklep spożywczy, narciarnia, sauna. Dużym plusem lokalizacji jest skibus, który kursuje co pół godziny. spod obiektu pod same wyciągi. Na pewno wrócę, zresztą, jak co roku.

    Wszystko dobrze poza tym że raz zostało częściowo wyłączone ogrzewanie( grzejnik w salonie) nie grzał wieczorem i rano. Po moim telefonie ok 8.00 rano nagle zaczęły się robić ciepłe. Wniosek z tego jest jeden. To nie była awaria tylko wyłączone ogrzewanie w pionie . Jak można wyłączać gościom ogrzewaniami przy - 15 stopniach. Dlatego nie wiem czy polecę znajomym.

    Dziękujemy za Pana opinię i za to, że podzielił się Pan szczegółami sytuacji. Bardzo nam przykro, że spotkała Pana taka niedogodność — szczególnie przy tak niskich temperaturach. Rozumiemy, jak ważny jest komfort termiczny, dlatego takie sytuacje nie powinny mieć miejsca. Zapewniamy, że nie wyłączamy ogrzewania gościom. To, że grzejnik zaczął grzać po Pana telefonie, wskazuje raczej na chwilowy problem techniczny lub błąd w systemie sterowania, ale mimo wszystko przepraszamy za całą sytuację — rozumiemy, jak mogło to zostać odebrane. Dziękujemy, że mimo wszystko poinformował nas Pan od razu, dzięki czemu mogliśmy szybko zareagować.     KKorzystamy z ośrodka juz 3 raz, jestesny bardzo zadowoleni. Wyposarzenie ok choc różni się nieco od każdego apartamentu. Polecamy i na pewno wrócimy. Problem z parkowaniem niestety - część samochodów byla zaparkowana wzdłoż cjchodnika ( nawet na drodze pożarowej)
