 You may make your reservation via our website, contacting our Customer Service Centre by phone or directly at our local offices by arranging it with the staff.

Reservations online:
Each of the webpages featuring the suites contains a browser that enables you to verify the availability of the suite and to make a reservation. If the chosen suite is unavailable in the period selected, then the system will automatically indicate available suites being the closest match to your selection.

Select a specific suite > Determine the dates of departure and arrival > Review availability (“Search” button) > If the suite is not available, a similar suite will be indicated by the system > Starting the reservation process (“Book” button) > Fill in the reservation form and approve the data (“Book” button) > You will be sent a message describing the initial reservation to the indicated e-mail address > Check your e-mail and click on the provided link to confirm your reservation > Re-verification (or change) of the data and final confirmation of the reservation (“Confirm” button) > The reservation is confirmed. From this moment, you have 3 DAYS TO MAKE THE ADVANCE PAYMENT (25% of the value) or pay the total amount of the rent. The prepayment is a prerequisite for maintaining the reservation in the system. Payment of the remaining amount should be made not later than 14 days before the date of the booked stay.

Our Customer Service Centre is waiting for your calls from Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. We speak Polish, English, German and Russian. Our staff will advise you on the most suitable suite, provide practical information about the area and take you through the booking process.

Telephone reservation mode:
Contact with the Customer Service Centre > Determining the date and place of stay > Identifying customer expectations (cot, fireplace, stay with a dog, etc.) > Choice of the suite > Transferring client data (name, address, e-mail address, number of guests, form of payment) > Sending an e-mail confirmation summarising the initial reservation > From this moment, you have 3 DAYS TO MAKE THE ADVANCE PAYMENT (25% of the value of the reservation) or to pay the total amount of the rent. Prepayment is a prerequisite for maintaining the reservation in the system > The booking office sends an e-mail with the final confirmation of the reservation. Payment of the remaining amount should be made not later than 14 days before the date of the booked stay.

Direct reservations at the local office:
The local office staff provides assistance as regards servicing the guests arriving to the suites and advises the most attractive forms of leisure activities in the locality. The staff offers complete information about Sun & Snow suites in other locations and will be happy to advise you on the most appropriate place for the next holiday and make the reservation for you:

Contact with the local office > Determining the date and place of stay > Identifying customer expectations (cot, fire place, stay with a dog, etc.) > Choice of the suite > Transferring client data (name, address, e-mail address, number of guests, form of payment) > Printing confirmation of the initial reservation > Payment of the advance payment or of the full amount of the rent on the spot (cash or credit card*), or payment by bank transfer/credit card within 3 days after the initial reservation > Receipt of the reservation confirmation directly (in case of payments on the spot), or by e-mail (after receiving the advance payment).

Cancelling or changing the reservations:
If you change your plans, you have the right to cancel the reservation at no-cost but not later than three weeks (21 days) before the reserved date of stay. In order to cancel your reservation, please contact the Customer Service Centre.
